Roast Tenderloin of Pork with Fig Port Wine Reduction Sauce- Juicy roasted pork tenderloin seasoned with garlic and rosemary and glazed with Fig Port Wine Sauce.

  Boeuf Bourguignon - Mouth-watering chunks of braised beef and fresh locally grown vegetables slow cooked in red wine until tender and delicious.
  Roast Chicken with Lemon and Garlic Marinade
