This menu was created for the host(ess) who needs a hand in the kitchen but doesn’t want to have to take a loan out to entertain friends and family!! All items are priced at $3.50 per person, regardless of the size of your group and are available at this price only as a drop-off service. There is a $10.00 minimum per person charge for this menu.

This service does not include: set-up, clean-up or plating of food purchased by the client. All food is delivered in disposable foil pans. Delivery charge applies, and is as follows: $10.00 for delivery within 10 miles of Laura Gallagher's Gourmet Chef Services, and $20.00 for up to 40 miles outside of the area.

Asian Noodle Cups - Sweet and Spicy Asian noodles served in to-go containers with chopsticks for each guest - really fun!

*Blue Cheese and Fig Crostini - ready made to pop into your oven as guests arrive.

Pineapple Sausage Skewers - Get a taste of the islands with our pineapple sausage served with a delicious pineapple marmalade dipping sauce.

*Pastry Wrapped Sausages - Pigs in a Blanket go grown-up. Served with Sweet Hot Mustard.

Ahi Tuna Skewers - Lightly seared ahi tuna served with pickled ginger and wasabi aioli.

Basil Tortellini Skewers - Served with Creamy pesto dipping sauce

Meatballs - Please choose from either:

Thai Pork with sesame lime dipping sauce

Mexican Chipotle or

Italian with spicy arrabiata sauce

Roasted Corn Nachos - Individual nachos filled with our delicious corn and avocado relish

Deviled Eggs: Please choose from either:

Pickled Beet deviled eggs( so pretty) or

Traditional Deviled eggs

*Stuffed Mushrooms - Delicious mini Portobello mushrooms stuffed with herbed cream cheese and salami. Your guests won’t be able to get enough of these delicious little bites.
