Puffy bite-size portions of fluffy eggs, Monterey jack cheese and mild chili peppers.

Quiche- (serves 8)

                    Choose from the following:
    Black Forest Ham, Baby Spinach, & Swiss Cheese
    Applewood Smoked Bacon, Sweet Onion and Tomato

    Bell Pepper, Sweet Onion and Sausage

Frittatas - (serves 8)
                  Choose from the following:  
Veggie  Frittata - Mushrooms, red bell pepper, purple onion , zucchini and fresh parmesan cheese
Fiesta Frittata - Chorizo sausage, spring onion, tomato and avocado topped with sour cream and my special salsa
  Huevos Rancheros
             Choose from the following:  
Classic - Corn tortillas topped with black beans, chorizo sausage, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, guacamole and sour cream
Burrito Style - Black Beans, chorizo sausage, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, guacamole and sour cream

Smoked Salmon Scramble

Fluffy scrambled eggs combined with smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh chives

Cinnamon Apple French Toast

Thick slices of cinnamon apple bread dipped in a rich cinnamon vanilla custard and sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.   Served with real Vermont maple syrup
