| All Appetizer and Sandwich Selections include 4 - 6 choices from the menu. The number of selections is dependent upon the choices made. For Example: Crab Cakes with Creamy Shrimp Sauce would be considered a Premium (Heavy) Menu Item while Pickled Beet Deviled Eggs would be considered a Regular (Light) Menu Item. A fresh fruit platter or a selection from my salad menu may be substituted as an “Hors D’ Oeuvres” for this menu. | ||

Sample Menu #1 $35.00 per guest Artisan Cheese Display (this is essential to any party)- 3 Artisan Cheeses, Goat Cheese Grape Marbles, Stuffed Dates, Proscuitto Fig Wraps, Crackers, Sliced Baguette and Crostini served with fresh and dried fruits Thai Lettuce Cups - Spicy Asian Beef topped with a crunchy Thai Slaw and peanuts inside a delicate butter lettuce cup Ahi Tuna Skewers - Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna marinated and lightly seared then skewered with pickled ginger. Served with a Wasabi Aioli Dipping Sauce, Firecracker Noodles - Rice Noodles, scallions, bell peppers and peanuts dressed with s sweet chili dressing. Served in individual “to-go” containers with chopsticks. Curried Chicken Salad Mini Croissants - Tender chicken breast with sweet onion, celery, bell peppers, red grapes and slivered almonds dressed in a creamy mild curry dressing. Pickled Beet Deviled Eggs- A great twist on a traditional deviled egg. Bright pink eggs stuffed with tangy egg and topped with dill.

Spicy Shrimp Ceviche Cocktail - Served in individual cocktail glasses with shrimp forks Brie and Maple Walnut Quesadillas- Served with Tropical Fruit Salsa Mini Coconut Chile Shrimp Tostadas- Served with Pineapple Salsa and Guacamole Smoked Salmon and Black Bean Tostaditas- Long tortilla strips topped with refried black beans, smoked salmon and feta cheese

Served with Crackers, fruit and Sliced Baguettes Smoked Salmon and Dill Mascarpone Toasts Rustic Rosemary Goat Cheese Tart- Puff Pastry filled with tangy goat cheese and topped with Rosemary. Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - Mini Portobellos stuffed with a mixture of sausage and vegetables then topped with fresh parmesan cheese
